Notes

Only what happened.

House journal. One date: 18 September 2026. The next line posts when something else happens. This page will not backfill a year, borrow a clipping, or announce a label.

Paper plate reading konnect, 2017, Los Angeles. Mark for the house build, not a news photograph.
Art slot. The day the sites stood up. Not a photograph, and not a tearsheet.

18 September 2026 · The only entry

Three public sites. One house. Not a launch.

Kee, Konnect, and 5Oceans stood up together as a house build. That is the whole note. Phirany Sun was already COO and Co-Founder. August 2017, Los Angeles metro, on her LinkedIn, is the origin — not a headline written that afternoon. The company line stayed the one she chose: a community of creatives and professionals, building in the music space.

The note is a build log. It is not a signing, not a press hit, and not a label announcement. She also holds Director of Operations for Waka Flocka Flame. That title stayed her other job. It did not become ownership of Konnect, and it did not move Brick Squad Monopoly into this name.

Art slot. What was carried forward. Type, not a photograph of him.

Same day · What traveled with his site

His bio stayed. The dummy catalog did not.

Kee's official bio was carried onto nowthatskee.com. His Instagram already named him Co-Founder of Konnect Music Group. He was not listed as signed, and this journal did not add that sentence. The mailbox that traveled with the bio is the only one this house prints: kee@konnectmusicgroup.com. No second address was named that day.

An older builder's dummy catalog was thrown out. Three titles he already lists stayed, because they were his: He Ain't Me, texas tea, californicatin'. A roster was not added so the journal would look busy. This page does not borrow another artist's story to fill the gap.

Five brass wave bands and the numeral 5. Not a photograph of the dining room, and not a street.
Art slot. The restaurant note. Texture, not a dining-room photograph.

Same day · What the restaurant note said

The room was already finished. The pictures were not.

5Oceans came into the house with the sentence it already published: a symphony of the sea, Celebrity Chef Corey, world-class seafood infused with Waka Flocka's signature vibe. Fresh. Exquisite. Unforgettable. That vibe stayed inside their sentence. It was not rewritten into a deed, and it was not a claim that Konnect is his record company.

The renovation was already finished. Photography stayed a placeholder, by Phirany's instruction. The journal did not add a street, a clock, a price, or a dish. Reservations stayed on the restaurant. This page did not take a table, and it did not invent a Konnect inbox for one.

The day, in order

One date. Four beats. Then stop.

  1. The sites stood up.

Kee, Konnect, and 5Oceans, as one house. Not as a roster, and not as a record company under another name.

  2. His catalog was cut to what he already listed.

The dummy list went out. He Ain't Me, texas tea, and californicatin' stayed. No signing was attached.

  3. The restaurant kept its own sentence.

Room finished. Pictures held. No street, no hours, no dishes. His vibe in their copy is not his label.

  4. The mailbox stayed one address.

kee@konnectmusicgroup.com. Nothing else was named. A press desk was not opened, because no clipping existed.

Date

18 September 2026. The only entry. The next line waits on a second thing.

Stood up

Kee, Konnect, and 5Oceans. A house. Not a roster.

Kept

Kee's official bio. Three titles he already lists. Not signed.

Held

Restaurant pictures, by Phirany's instruction. Street, hours, and prices unpublished.

Thrown out

The dummy catalog. A borrowed label name. Any second inbox.

Not this note

A clipping. A publication. A label announcement. Brick Squad Monopoly stays his.

The next line

One entry until there is a second thing.

This is not a press wire and not a label board. The drawer for clippings stays empty until a story runs with a date, a publication, and a link. Writing another date here to look active would be the same lie as inventing that clipping, or as calling Konnect his record company.
